7. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Payment Options

Services may be booked as single sessions or packages, depending on the coaching type selected.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
No refunds are provided once services have been delivered.
Coaching packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within six months based on availability.

Access to Materials After Program Completion

Clients who purchase coaching packages or programs that include digital materials (such as workbooks, templates, PDFs, recordings, or online course content) will retain access for up to six (6) months after the final session or program end date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
