What is Marc G Coaching’s M.A.P.?
M.A.P. is a live, 12-week small business group coaching program designed to help owners gain clarity, build momentum, and make better decisions through weekly coaching, guided preparation, and peer discussion.
Who is this program for?
M.A.P. is designed for small business owners who have been in business 12 years or less, offer a product or service, and are willing to commit to weekly live participation for the full 12 weeks.
How do the weekly sessions work?
Sessions are live 60-minute Google Meet calls. The first half focuses on coaching and discussion around the weekly topic, and the second half is an open-forum conversation where participants can bring real business challenges for group feedback.
What happens after I enroll?
After enrolling, you’ll complete a short fit confirmation, review and sign the program agreement, and receive onboarding details before the program start date.
How is confidentiality handled?
All participants are required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. What is shared in the group stays in the group, with limited legal exceptions.
What if I miss a session?
Live participation is strongly encouraged. Missed sessions are not recorded or replayed, but you are still responsible for completing the workbook content for that week.
What is the one-on-one session for?
Each participant receives one private coaching session during the program. This session can be used to work through a specific business challenge, review DISC results, or gain clarity around a decision or next step.
Can I purchase additional one-on-one coaching sessions?
Yes. You may purchase additional private one-on-one coaching sessions at any time during or after M.A.P. without losing access to the program or the group experience.
Is this consulting or therapy-based?
No. This is professional coaching. It is not therapy, counseling, or legal, medical, or financial advice. All decisions and actions remain the participant’s responsibility
Why isn’t M.A.P. available to legal professionals?
Due to existing non-compete and confidentiality agreements, participation is not available to attorneys or those working in the legal industry. This policy exists solely to honor professional commitments and does not affect eligibility for any other field.
